  Aspargrus or Broccoli Soup  11 oz. cream cheese
2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen brocoli or aspargrus (chopped) as much as you like or 5 cups
4 small onions, chopped
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
8 tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
1 tsp salt  To 2 qt. boiling water add 8 chicken bouillon cubes or 8 tablespoons of chicken bouillon.
When bouillon is dissolved add broccoli or aspargrus and onions.
Simmer until tender.
In separate pan make white sauce of butter, flour, salt and milk. 
Add cream cheese.
Add to broth.
Makes a large batch.
